about

This traditional Georgian song from the repertoire of Ananuri, directed by Zura Mirziashvili, is complemented by the intervention of the duduk and the üçtelli, a three-string saz, the smallest of the family of long-necked lutes.
"A woman cursed me with her eyes and no-one can tell me why. I miss her soft voice and her shadow haunts me. I love to hear this voice, which remains in my memory forever."
